Problems with legacy licenses?

We have recently changed the licensing system for our products. It was a change that we planned for a long time to give you greater flexibility in managing licenses in the administration panel.

I have an old license (bought before November 5, 2019), what should I do?

You don’t have to do anything, our plugins also support old licenses. We recommend (this is not necessary) only to create a new fresh account on our platform( if necessary ). It will be useful in case you would like to manage the license / licenses from the panel from our panel and activate and deactivate the license yourself.

I have an old license (bought before November 5, 2019) and my plugin has stopped working?

Don’t worry, we will support you. Follow the steps below:

  1. Log in ( register if necessary ) an account on our website. You can do it under the link https://jetplugs.com/checkout/account/ .
    Important: Remember to use the email address you used to buy the old license to register the account.
  2. Write us an e-mail at service [at] jetplugs.com that will contain the license key or use contact form below.
  3. After confirming your account, we will assign a new license to your account.
